Unfortunately not as Dependabot secrets are stored separately and GitHub does not provide an API to manage them.

This isn't yet possible as our Webhooks do not support adding an authorization header.

We're working on redeveloping Webhooks into a much more powerful feature we're calling Triggers which will launch with GitHub Action support later in 2022.
